On their final week and last Monday at OGHS, the Class of 2024 had their Senior Breakfast and Drive Something Different to School day. This class went all out! A few were dropped off, with lights flashing and sirens blowing, by the Sheriff, rode a vintage mini bike, a hoverboard, a lawnmower, a K&L cement truck, and more! The breakfast was fit for a king! Pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, donuts, breakfast pizza, fruit, OJ, coffee, and chocolate milk were served. This class was very organized and ready to go! We will miss you, Class of 2024! We hope this last week at OG and your journey ahead will be as extraordinary and fabulous as you all are! #titanpride

The final First National Bank Junior Board of Directors meeting was held recently. The logo they created was revealed with t-shirts and they learned about long term business planning and forecasting. A personal finance lesson on the difference between debit cards and credit cards was also provided. We really enjoyed this group of high school juniors from Bluffton, Findlay, Liberty-Benton, Pandora-Gilboa, and Ottawa-Glandorf High Schools. We wish them all the best in their senior year! (OG students are Makenna Siefker, Peyton Kuhlman, Jayden Kuhlman, and Brandon Gerding)

Due to COVID, our senior class did not get to have their May Crowning, so we gave them one! Every year, the senior class votes for Senior Superlatives, a unique way to honor the distinctive personalities and talents of the graduating class. Only 10 more days for these kiddos... soak up every last minute, Class of 2024!
Madelyn Hovest and Emma Hoffman were honored yesterday as recipients of the 2024 St. Rita's scholarship! They were selected as 2 of the 12 total recipients out of 200 applicants for this scholarship. Last week we said goodbye to a very familiar building at Titan Stadium, as our old concession stand was torn down to prepare the site for our new cnocession stand. It is hard to calculate the thousands of pounds of popcorn, pizza, and hotdogs, as well as the thousands of gallons of pop and hot chocolate which have been served through this building. It has served us well, but it is more than time to replace the old building. The new concession stand is a part of the OG Athletic Booster's stadium renovation project, which is a multi-phase plan to completely revamp and remodel our stadium into a facility which will serve current and future Titans for generations to come. This facility is already being used in some capacity by almost every outdoor activity and group in the school district from band, baseball, and softball to soccer and football. Our goal is to truly create a new "HOME FOR ALL TITANS". The OG Athletic Booster's have currently raised approximately $1.7 million of their $3 million goal, and they need your help to continue moving forward with not only the new concession stand, but also new lights, and a complete renovation of the home side stands, including a new pressbox. The Athletic Boosters need your help to bring this project to the finich line, so please consider makding a tax-deductible donation to the OG Athletic Boosters to support this very worthy project.

The CCP Biology class took a trip to BGSU last week. The students participated in an admissions talk and some were lucky enough to win free shirts and water bottles. The students toured the marine biology herpetology labs and they were able to engage in some hands-on experience with snakes, geckos, and bearded dragons. The tour finished with a visit to the planetarium where they watched a video on Charles Darwin and Natural selection.
